Finally, the last
post. In this time I have to talk about how was this subject at the university.
So this isn’t the first time I do English at university. The past semester I
was in English 3 and because of that I come here with some knowledge about the
structure of the subject. In English 3 we have the same format, with classes on
Tuesdays and blogging the Thursdays, but in English 3 we have a less thoroughness.
When I star t English 4 I feel a little bad, because I have bad feeling about
my English qualities and came here with a lot of people who talks English so
good, it was like “what I’m doing here”. But then I put an effort (a little) to
increase my levels. And I think that I finish this in a “good position” I hope.
About blogs, I have
the experience of the past semester, but as I say before, we have a less thoroughness
in that classes, so in English 3 I didn’t do all the blogs, and also, I never
did the comments, so the new English class be an extra responsibility.
The interest to take
this subject obviously was improve my English levels, but now, when the end of the
classes is near, I have to do a personal evaluation. Since school I have
problems with grammar. I never like this part of any language, so English was
an extra effort, but I know this is necessary to have a correct use of this
language. Also I have to improve my pronunciation and my vocabulary, because
there are a lot of words that I don’t know. And, How I plan to do this? I don’t
know, I always try to use English but that isn’t enough. So I think I have to
take an English course by myself the next year or in the summer.
In my life is not
usual the use of English. Sometimes I try to think in English and when I go to
read the lyrics of a song that I like, I try to do without using any translate site
or program. In my house I am the only one who has medium English, so when some
product comes with an English instruction I have to read to my family. Also I look
the some sites in internet in English and I have my cellphone configured in
this language to make more “friendly” the use of the English.
